About DreamCatcher

Your coach - Ann Brosnan
Ann with her horse Paddy11 years ago I was working in a job which had me spending 4 hours a day commuting to and from work and that was if the trains were on time! I realised that my job was no longer giving me the fulfilment that I needed and it did not fit in with my values and belief systems, so I jumped at the opportunity to take voluntary redundancy, and left.

I took the next 15 months off, travelling and working with horses, but soon had to return to working in order to create an income. This time I took a job with a 40-minute drive and, initially, I was pretty content: I was paying the bills and enjoying working in a different sector while learning new skills.

But slowly, over a few years, I again found myself working longer and longer hours, which were not justified by my pay rises or annual bonus. I had no time and my stress levels were increasing, giving me backache and leaving me exhausted. Once more I found my values were in conflict with some of the people I worked for, so I decided to go it alone as a freelancer.

As time went on I realised this was not as interesting a career as it had been when I first started out. Having read numerous self-development books I realised that I wanted to do something that made a real difference to peoples' lives and so I began to train as a coach and NLP Practitioner.

It has been an interesting journey and one that has involved some tough decisions and some tough times, but I have never regretted it. I am doing work I love and am able to enjoy interests and activities that I gave up years ago while working in the city.

I did it, so I know you can too and I look forward to helping you create your own individual journey as you get More Time and More Life with Less Stress.

Gerry Keating
Gerry KeatingI have a background in psychology with a particular interest in the forming and fostering of excellent and empowering relationships. I followed my psychological studies with a course in life coaching, and now combine the empathic and nurturing approach of psychology with a focus on the present. I use my intuitive skills and life coach tools to implement lasting and positive change in my clients.

People and how they relate are my passion. I believe the most important relationship is with oneself, the quality of which forms the basis for all our negotiations and compromises throughout our every day lives.

In coaching I encourage my clients to explore themselves, their dreams and goals, and to aspire to achieve their full potential with my support and guidance on a journey of self discovery and opportunities.
